摘　　要：对目前城市中存在的生活垃圾、固体废弃物、大气污染、噪声、水环境污染严重的问题进行了论述,从城市规划与环境保护的角度入手,提出了城市规划建设中保护环境的对策,以真正做到人口、资源与环境的协调发展。The paper discusses current urban problems including living rubbish,solid waste,air pollution,noise and water environment pollu-tion and other serious problems,and puts forward environment protecting countermeasures from aspects of city planning and environment protec-tion,with a view to realize the coordinate development of population,resource and environment.
