摘　　要：目的分析维持性血液透析（maintenance hemodialysis，MHD）患者产生透析相关性高血压的影响因素，为有效治疗透析相关性高血压提供参考。方法回顾性的收集安徽省立医院血液透析中心MHD治疗的348例次患者的一般临床资料、透析相关参数（透析时间、脱水量、干体质量、透析期间体质量增长情况等）、相关实验室检查及辅助检查结果，依据透析相关性高血压标准将MHD患者分为血压正常组与血压非正常组，分别采用单因素分析和二分类Logistic多因素回归分析的方法探讨MHD患者产生透析相关性高血压的主要影响因素。结果患者的年龄、透析年限、透析前收缩压（systolic blood pressure，SBp）、体质量增长率是MHD患者产生透析相关性高血压的主要影响因素，且体质量增长率是首要影响因素。结论MHD患者透析相关性高血压的发生与多种因素有关，合理控制透析相关性高血压的发生需要采取针对性措施。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of dialysis associated hypertension for the patients with maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） in order to provide a reference to treat dia｜ysis associated hypertension reasonably. Methods The clinical data, parameters associated hypertension （dialysis duration, volume of dehydrated, dry weight, weight gain during dialysis, etc.）, the results of related laboratory test and auxiliary examination of 348 casetimes with MHD were collected retrospectively in the Hemodialysis Center of Anhui Provincial Hospital. 348 case-times were divided into two groups, the normal and abnormal, in accordance with the standard of dialysis associated hypertension, both mono factor and Logistic muhifactor analysis were performed to analyze the main influencing factors of dialysis associated hypertension. Results The age, dialysis dm＇ation, predialysis systolic blood pressure （SBp）, weight gain during dialysis of patients were closely related with dialysis associated hypertension, and weight gain during dialysis was the top influencing factor for dialysis associated hypertension. Conclusions Dialysis associated hypertension is associated with a variety of factors, the aimed measures should be taken to control dialysis associated hypertension rationally.
