摘  要:以某300MW和660MW机组为例,对不同工况下机组回热抽汽量与主蒸汽流量之间的关系进行了计算与分析,得出了偏离额定工况幅度对回热抽汽份额的影响。结果表明,当机组偏离额定工况时,其H7回热抽汽份额均与其额定工况的回热抽汽份额误差较大;而对于其他加热器,只有在不同的允许误差条件下,才可以认为各段回热抽汽量与主蒸汽流量成正比;偏离额定工况的幅度越大,导致回热抽汽份额的相对误差也越大。Taking a 300 MW unit and a 660 MW unit as the examples,the relationship between main steam flow and regenerative extraction steam flow under different conditions was analyzed.Moreover,the influence of deviation range from rated condition on regenerative extraction steam share was obtained.The results show that,when the unit runs under non-rated condition,the relative error between the H7 regenerative extraction steam share and that under rated condition is great;while for other heaters,the regenerative extraction steam flow in each section is considered be proportional to the main steam flow,only under different allowable error conditions;the larger the range deviated from the rated condition,the greater the relative error will be.
