摘  要:以CaO为催化剂,在热重分析仪上进行了恒温煤焦CO2催化气化试验,分析了煤焦的催化气化特性。研究表明:CaO的催化效果和CaO的添加方式有关,机械混合法添加CaO后催化效果不明显,浸渍法添加CaO后煤焦的气化反应性明显提高;随着CaO添加量的增大,煤焦气化反应性先升高后降低,CaO的添加饱和度为5%;较高的气化温度会削弱CaO的催化效果;先添加CaO后制焦所得煤焦的气化反应性要高于先制焦后添加CaO的煤焦。Isothermal gasification of Huaidong coal char in CO2 atmosphere catalyzed by CaO was carried out on a thermogravimetric analyzer.The gasification performance of char with CaO catalytic action was investigated.The results show that,the catalytic effect of CaO was related to its adding way.It was unconspicuous when the CaO was mechanically mixed,while the coal char's gasification reactivity sharply increased when the CaO was added by immersion method.With an increase in the CaO addition,the reactivity of coal char rose first and then deceased,the loading saturation level of CaO was 5%.The catalytic effect of CaO was weakened at high temperatures.The reactivity of coal char with CaO added before the char preparation was higher than that of the char with CaO added after the char formation.
