摘 要:为提高旋转煤粉分离器的性能,以中速磨煤机直叶片旋转煤粉分离器结构为依据,设计了一种变截面弯扭动叶旋转煤粉分离器。利用CFD软件对该分离器进行了数值模拟,并运用UG NX软件设计了该分离器的参数化几何模型,建立了转子叶轮应力场分析数学模型,得到了转速在70~110r/min时转子叶轮内部应力和应变的分布情况及相关规律,可为旋转煤粉分离器的设计、加工提供指导。In order to improve the performance of rotary pulverized-coal classifier,a new rotary coal classifier with variable cross section and bowed-twisted rotor blades was designed,on the basis of structural features of rotary classifier with straight blades for medium-speed pulverizer.The CFD software was employed to conduct simulation on this new classifier.Moreover,by the UG NX software,the parametric geometric model of this classifier was designed and the stress field of the rotor impeller analysis mathematical model was established.Thus,the rotor impeller internal stress and strain distribution was obtained,when the rotor speed was between 70r/min and 110r/min,so the feasibility of manufacturing was demonstrated.
