摘  要:针对黄河水质恶化且波动大的问题,研究了HEDP、PBTCA、Zn2+复配对凝汽器管材316L、317L在黄河恶化水质中的缓蚀阻垢效果。结果表明,加入该复配缓蚀剂后:材质316L、317L在黄河恶化水质中的腐蚀电流明显减小;316L、317L阻抗谱呈现出2个容抗弧特征,阴极过程存在2种阴极反应且受活化控制,同时一部分结垢产物形貌由薄片状向球状及棒状转变。表明HEDP、PBTCA、Zn2+复配对316L、317L在黄河恶化水中的缓蚀阻垢效果显著。The problems like water quality deterioration and fluctuation occurred in Yellow River become more and more severe.Therefore,the complex solution containing HEDP,PBTCA and Zn2+with a certain concentration was developed and used as inhibitor for condenser tube material(316Land 317Lsteel)in deteriorated Yellow River water.The polarization curves show that,the corrosion currents of 316 Land 317L in the deteriorated water decreased obviously.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)test results imply that,two capacitive impedance arcs appeared in the EIS of 316 Land 317L,indicating there were two cathode reactions controlled by active process.Some of the morphologies of scaling products on surface of 316 Land 317Lchanged from flake film to spheroid and rod like.
