摘　　要：针对山西国际能源集团有限公司业务板块多、行业差异大等生产特点,通过对实时数据标准建立、数据采集及通信、指标分析、IPAD移动监管等功能的设计,研发了1套经济技术数据采集及分析系统,实现了集团公司下属6个业务板块29家企业的生产实时监督和管理,显著提高了集团公司对下属公司集中管理和控制水平,为集团公司生产管理决策提供数据。According to the characteristics of wide business fields and great industry difference in Shanxi International Energy Group,an economic and technical data collection-analysis system was developed,through design of functions like real-time data standard construction,data collection and communication,index analysis,IPAD mobile supervision and so on.Therefore,the production real-time supervision of 29 enterprises in 6fields was fulfilled,with which the group＇s centralized management and control level was greatly improved.As a result,data basis for the group production management was provided.
