双流路探头卡车自动扦样机与手动套管扦样器扦取的小麦样品质量指标的比较

摘　　要：以卡车散装小麦为试验原料,使用HERON3000双流路探头自动扦样机与取样代表性好的手动套管扦样器比较取样,对扦取的小麦样品的水分含量、容重、筛上杂质含量、筛下杂质含量、大样杂质含量、小样杂质含量、总杂质含量、不完善粒含量、色泽和气味等一系列小麦样品质量指标进行检测分析.结果表明,HERON3000双流路探头卡车自动扦样机与手动套管扦样器扦取的小麦样品质量指标相比都没有显著差异,因此可以用HERON3000双流路探头自动扦样机代替手工套管扦样器扦样.Wheat samples were sampled respectively by a HERON3000 twin-walled probe automatic sampler and a manual sampler from trucked bulk wheat. The wheat samples＇ moisture content, test weight, impurities content over sieve, throughs content, big sample impurities content, small sample impurities content, total impurities content, unsound kernel content, colour and odour were tested and compared respectively. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the wheat quality indicators of wheat samples sampled by the HERON3000 twin-walled probe automatic sampler compared to that of wheat samples sampled by the manual sampler. Therefore, HERON3000 twin-walled probe automatic samplers can substitute for manual samplers for sampling from bulk wheat trucks.
