摘  要:琼海市某中学饮用水中的铁含量在2.20 mg/L左右,超出了国标限值的要求。为降低供水的铁浓度、浊度及微生物含量,采用超滤膜组合工艺进行处理,分别研究了机械鼓风曝气的最佳曝气量和次氯酸钠的最佳投量,以及跌水曝气和鼓风曝气对砂滤+超滤组合工艺除铁效果的影响。结果表明,当控制机械曝气的气水比为5、反应时间为10 min,或次氯酸钠的投加量为1.00mg/L时,超滤膜出水铁含量均能达到0.10 mg/L以下;两种曝气方式对除铁的影响不大;经机械曝气与锰砂过滤联合预处理后,超滤膜的跨膜压差(TMP)增长速度最慢。所以曝气与锰砂过滤联合预处理+超滤膜的组合工艺较优。The iron content in the drinking water at a middle school in Qionghai City was about 2.20 mg/L, which was higher than the national standard limit. Uhrafihration membrane combined process was used to reduce the iron content, turbidity and microorganisms in the groundwater. The opti- mal aeration rate of diffuser and the optimal dosage of sodium hypochlorite were determined, and the effects of waterfall aeration and diffused aeration on the iron removal in the sand filter coupled with ultra- filtration process were investigated. The results indicated that the iron contents in the effluents both were lower than 0.10 mg/L when the ratio of air to water of the diffused aeration was 5, the reaction time was 10 min, or the dosage of sodium hypochlorite was 1.00 mg/L. The two kinds of aeration methods had no impact on the final iron removal. The growth rate of transmembrane pressure (TMP) was the slowest after the groundwater was pretreated by diffused aeration and manganese sand filter. Therefore, the combina- tion of difussed aeration, sand filter and ultrafiltration process was a desired one.
