摘 要:使用性能良好的排气阀并合理安装、养护,是保证供水管道安全运行的关键。研究发现:传统的单口浮球式排气阀(QB1型)、双口浮球式排气阀(QB2型)不适用连续排气(小排气),杠杆复合式排气阀(CARX型)的小排气效果不佳,而高速进排气阀能快速有效排出小流量气体,其小排气性能较佳。对于供水管网,其排气效果很大程度取决于气体能否顺利进入上方的排气阀体内;对于水力校核后流速过快且水流方向确定的部分桥管段,在其上增设特制漏斗型配件收集排气有利于管道气体排除。在排气阀与检修闸阀之间安装一个排气测试装置,可有效检测已安装排气阀的小排气功能是否正常、有效。Using the well-behaved exhaust valve and reasonable installation and maintenance arethe keys to the safe operation of the water supply pipeline. The study found that traditional ball float-type exhaust valve (QB1) and double outlet ball float-type exhaust valve (QB2) were not suitable for continuous exhaust (small exhaust). Lever composite exhaust valve (CARX) had poor small exhaust effect. High-speed suction and exhaust valve could effectively discharge the small flow gas and its small exhaust performance was better. For the water supply pipe network, the exhaust effect depended largely onwhether gas could enter exhaust valve body above successfully. For part of the bridge pipes whose hydrau- lic flow velocity was too fast and the flow direction was determined, adding special funnel-type parts wasuseful for gas exhaust. Installing a vent testing device between the exhaust valve and maintenance gate valve could effectively detect whether small exhaust function of the installed exhaust valve was normal ornot.
