摘 要:采用厌氧/氧化沟/MBR工艺处理实际城市污水,中试结果表明,当氧化沟的污泥浓度为3—12g/L时,组合工艺对COD和氨氮的去除效果良好,提高污泥浓度可增强其脱氮除磷效果,氧化沟污泥浓度在10-12g/L时组合工艺对总氮和总磷的去除率均超过了90%。氧化沟和膜池中均发生了同步硝化反硝化脱氮现象,氧化沟中具有良好的缺氧/好氧交替环境,有利于强化对总氮和总磷的去除。厌氧/氧化沟/MBR工艺的脱氮除磷能力强、稳定性好,是一种值得深入研究和推广应用的污水处理工艺。An anaerobic tank/oxidation ditch/membrane bioreactor (MBR) process was designed to treat municipal sewage. The pilot-scale results showed that the removal efficiencies of NH3 - N and COD were high when the activated sludge concentration in the oxidation ditch was between 3 g/L and 12 g/L. The increase in sludge concentration could improve the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency. The removal rates of TN and TP both exceeded 90% when the sludge concentration ranged from 10 g/L to 12 g/L. The simultaneous nitrification and denitrification occurred both in oxidation ditch and MBR. The alternate anoxic-aerobic environment in oxidation ditch promoted the removal of TN and TP. The proposed process has stable and strong capability to remove nitrogen and phosphorus. More studies and applications are needed to verify this process.
