摘  要:结合太湖流域某污水处理厂一级A稳定达标的实际技术需求,在对该污水厂历史运行数据和工艺运行过程诊断分析的基础上,确定了出水水质达标的主要控制指标为氨氮和总磷,需有效提高工艺系统的硝化速率和厌氧释磷能力。通过污泥活性测试和工艺模拟试验,提出了针对出水氨氮和总磷稳定达标的工艺运行优化措施和改造方案,包括:提高CAST生物池的DO浓度、适当延长曝气工序反应时间、增加进水预处理系统、增加生物选择区搅拌器的服务面积以及增加深度处理系统等。Combined with the actual technical requirements of a WWTP in Taihu Lake basin for meeting the first level A criteria in the discharge standard, the historical operating data and process operating conditions of the WWTP were analyzed, and it was determined that the main control indicators were ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus, and the nitrification rate and anaerobic phosphorus release capa- bility of process systems needed to be improved. Through the activated sludge test and process simulation test, the suggestions on operational optimization and process modification for ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were proposed, including improving DO concentration of CAST biological tank, appropriately extending aeration process reaction time, adding influent pretreatment system, increasing service area of biological selection area agitator and adding advanced treatment systems.
