摘 要:研究了D-A2O反应器处理污水过程中活性污泥表观性状、微生物活性及后续生态沟渠的生物相等。结果表明,D-A2O反应器内形成了结构稳定的菌胶团,活性污泥外观呈棕黄色,土壤味浓厚,表观性状较为理想;D-A2O反应器内微生物活性较高,其TTC-脱氢酶活性平均可达(83±2)μg TF/(mg MLSS·h);后续生态沟渠中形成了只有水质较好时方可出现的轮虫、纤毛虫、大型水蚤、绿藻等微生物群落,这与D-A2O反应器出水水质处于一级A标准到Ⅴ类地表水水质之间相一致。The apparent characteristics and microbial activity of activated sludge in D-A^2O reactor as well as the biofacies in the subsequent eco-ditch were studied. The results indicated that the apparent characteristics of activated sludge were ideal with structural stability of zooglea, brown-yellow and strong soil taste. The microbial activity of activated sludge was high and the TTC-dehydrogenase activity reached (83 ± 2) μgTF/( mgMLSS · h). The microbial communities of Rotifera, Ciliates, Daphnia magna and Chlorophyta could be observed in the subsequent eco-ditch only when water quality was good, which was consistent with the fact that the effluent quality of D-A^2O reactor could be stabilized between the first level A criteria and the V grade surface water.
