北京市应急志愿者队伍发展现状与问题研究

摘　　要：芦山地震救援见证了民间救援力量的成长,但同时也反应了我国应急志愿者队伍中存在的一些问题。以北京市应急志愿者为研究对象,从应急志愿者队伍发展的现状、应急志愿者的能力和培训,以及北京市专业应急志愿者建设等方面进行了探讨,分析北京市应急志愿者队伍管理与发展中的特点和存在的问题,以期能够为北京市应急志愿者队伍健康发展和科学管理提供参考。From the rescue activities of Lushan Earthquake, we can see the great development of the NGO in emergency rescue, but quite a few problems are still in existence. In recent years, the Beijing government also attaches great importance to the construction of volunteers. In this paper, we make a survey and analysis on the emergency volunteers in Beijing from the respects of development situation, abilities, training and the professional emergency volunteers. This research tries to provide a reference for the development and management of the emergency volunteers in Beijing.
