摘 要:目的探讨在瞬态诱发耳声发射信号的检测过程中瞬态诱发耳声发射信号总的相关率和信噪比 ,以及各分频段相关率和信噪比的变化规律和相互关系。方法采用自行研制的新型耳声发射检测设备TH -OAE对 5 3名被试者进行瞬态诱发耳声发射检测 ,详细记录整个检测过程。采用差互谱分析和频域相干谱分析的方法对数据进行后处理 ,获取信噪比和相关率的信息 ,并对其进行统计处理。结果瞬态诱发耳声发射信号的相关率和信噪比的统计特性是相关联的 ,是一一对应的。结论首次系统地阐述了瞬态诱发耳声发射相关率和信噪比的变化规律和相互关系 ,这一关系有助于指导临床听力诊断和听力筛查更有效。Objective To find the relationship between correlation and signal to noise ratio of transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE). Method All TEOAE signals of 53 subjects were detected by the new otoacoustic emission detecting instrument TH OAE developed by ourselves. The correlation and signal to noise ratio were evaluated by the algorithm based on frequency coherent spectrum and the algorithm based on cross spectrum and diff spectrum. Result It was found that the correlation of TEOAE was highly related to the signal to noise ratio of TEOAE in statistical sense. Conclusion A statistical relationship between correlation and signal to noise ratio of TEOAE was demonstrated for the first time. It is helpful in guiding the effective application of TEOAE in clinical hearing diagnosis and hearing screening.
