国际航行船舶不同国籍船员艾滋病知识态度行为情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解国际航行交通工具上不同国籍船员艾滋病知识态度行为情况,为其制定艾滋病防控策略提供依据和参考。方法采取流行病学横断面研究方法,对28艘国际航行船舶上572名船员进行现场独立式问卷调查,采用SPSS13.0软件进行分析。结果中国籍船员艾滋病预防知识调查总得分高于外籍船员(P<0.05)。其中中国籍船员在9项艾滋病预防知识知晓率高于外籍船员(P<0.05)。不同国籍船员10项艾滋病相关态度行为均存在差异(P<0.05)。结论中国籍船员艾滋病知识知晓情况明显优于外籍,但依然存在部分相关知识知晓率偏低,应采取有针对性的宣传教育。Objective To understand the status of AIDS-related knowledge, awareness, attitudes and behaviors among crew of different nationalities in the international sailing ships, and to provide the basis and reference for AIDS prevention strategies. Methods The epidemiology sectional study method was adopted, an on-site questionnaire investigation was carried out on 572 crew in 28 international sailing ships, SPSS 13.0 software was adopted to realize the data processing and statistical analy-sis. Results The total scores of Chinese crewmen was much higher than that of foreign crew （P〈0.05）. On the awareness rate about 9 items AIDS prevention knowledge, the scores of Chinese crew was also higher than that of foreign crew （P〈O.05）. There were differences on their attitudes and behaviors about 10 items AIDS knowledge among crew of different nationality （P〈0.05）. Conclusion AIDS awareness rate of Chinese crewmen is obviously better than that of other nationality crew, but it is still low in some relevant parts, more targeted propaganda and education work should be taken.
