摘　　要：我国地方高校就业指导校本课程普遍存在课程边缘化、教学内容和形式不实用等现象。我国构建地方高校就业指导校本课程体系需要明确课程体系定位,强化课程教学改革,加快校本课程构建,加大课程建设保障力度。In the school-based curriculum system for employment guidance of local universities in China, There generally exist such problems as the curriculum marginalization, the impractical contents and forms of teaching. The construction of the school-based curriculum system for employment guidance of local universities in China requires the clear orientation of curriculum system, the strengthening of the curriculum teaching reform, the acceleration of the construction of school-based curriculum and the enhancement of the curriculum-building security.
