通窍止痛方治疗单纯型偏头痛性脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通窍止痛方治疗单纯型偏头痛性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法采用随机双盲的方法,将94例单纯型偏头痛性脑梗死患者分为2组。对照组45例采用西医常规治疗方法,治疗组49例在西医常规治疗方法的基础上加用通窍止痛方。2周后观察疗效,评价其总有效率及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、神经功能缺损程度、Barthel指数评分。结果治疗组总有效率87.76%,对照组总有效率66.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后VAS、神经功能缺损及Barthel指数评分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),VAS、神经功能缺损评分降低,Barthel指数评分评分升高,且治疗组治疗后改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通窍止痛方治疗单纯型偏头痛性脑梗死临床疗效显著,能够明显缓解患者的头痛,改善神经缺损症状,提高生活质量,临床应用安全有效。Objective To observe the effect of Tongqiaozhitong prescription on the treatment of simple mi-graine infarction.Methods 94 cases of simple migraine infarction were randomly divided into two groups .45 cases in control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy .45 cases in treatment group were treated by Tongqiaozhitong prescription on the basis of routine western medicine therapy .The effect was observed after two weeks.The total effective rate,VAS,neurological function deficiency scale and Barthel index score were evaluated . Results The total effective rate in treatment group （87.76%） was higher than that in control group （66.67%,P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between before and after treatment on VAS ,neurological function deficiency scale and Barthel index score in two groups （ P 〈0.05）.VAS and neurological function deficiency score were de-creased,Barthel index score was increased .The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Tongqiaozhitong prescription on the treatment of simple migraine infarc-tion has clinically significant effect ,can significantly alleviate the patient＆#39;s headaches ,improve symptoms of neurologi-cal defects ,improve quality of life ,and has safe and effective clinical application .
