三清降糖缓释片对糖尿病兔胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的观察三清降糖缓释片对糖尿病兔胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法将40只健康成年雄性家兔随机分为5组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、格列美脲片组、三清降糖汤剂组和三清降糖缓释片组,每组8只。空白对照组予普通饲料喂养,其余4组均予普通饲料+高脂高糖饲料喂养,制备糖尿病模型。空白对照组、模型对照组予纯净水灌胃,三清降糖汤组予三清降糖汤混悬液灌胃,三清降糖缓释片组予三清降糖缓释片整片服用,格列美脲片组予格列美脲片整片服用。于给药4周末,观察各组空腹血糖(FPG)、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血清胰岛素(FINS)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)变化。结果模型对照组FPG、FINS、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及TNF-α均较空白对照组升高(P<0.01),说明造模成功;与模型对照组比较,格列美脲片组、三清降糖汤组及三清降糖缓释片组FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR及TNF-α均下降(P<0.05)。模型对照组TG、TC及LDL-C均高于空白对照组(P<0.01),HDL-C低于空白对照组(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,格列美脲片组、三清降糖汤组及三清降糖缓释片组TG、TC及LDL-C均降低(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05)。结论三清降糖缓释片对糖尿病兔具有降血糖、降血脂作用。Objective To observe the effect of sustained -release Sanqingjiangtang tablets on insulin resist-ance in diabetic rabbits .Methods To induce diabetes in healthy male rabbits by high fat sugar and high salt diet , and then inject streptozotocin （STZ）.50 healthy male rabbits were divided into5 groups randomly, control group, model group , glimepiride group ,Sanqingjiangtang decoction and sustained -release tablets group .Intragastric admin-istration of the corresponding drugs respectively for 4 weeks,and then measuring blood glucose , blood lipid, insulin, TNF-αand calculating HOMA -IR.Results FPG, FINS, HOMA-IR and TNF-αin model group were in-creased as compared with those in control group （P〈0.01）.FPG, FINS, HOMA-IR and TNF-αin glimepiride group,Sanqingjiangtang decoction and sustained -release tablets group were decreased as compared with those in model group （P〈0.05）.The levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in model group were higher than those in control group （P〈0.01）.HDL-C in model group was lower （P〈0.01）.The levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in glimepiride group,Sanqingjiangtang decoction and sustained -release tablets group were lower than those in model group （ P〈0.05）.HDL-C was higher （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sanqingjiangtang sustained -release tablets can significantly decrease blood lipid and glucose in diabetic rabbits .
