摘 要:【目的】探讨宁夏枸杞6主产区(宁夏、内蒙古、新疆、河北、甘肃、青海)土壤和枸杞果实中稀土元素含量之间的关系,为指导宁夏枸杞产业持续发展提供参考。【方法】采用电感耦合等离子光谱—质谱(ICP-MS)检测法对宁夏枸杞6主产区土壤和枸杞果实中13种稀土元素(Ce、Dy、Er、Eu、Gd、Ho、Lu、Pr、Sc、Sm、Tb、Tm、Yb)含量进行测定。【结果】宁夏枸杞6主产区土壤中稀土元素总体含量符合我国土壤稀土元素背景值范围,宁夏产区土壤中Ce、Eu、Gd、Ho、Pr、Sm、Tb和新疆产区土壤中Lu、Er、Dy、Sc、Tm、Yb含量较高。土壤稀土元素含量呈宁夏>河北>内蒙古>新疆>甘肃>青海的变化趋势势。果实中未检出Eu、Ho、Sm、Tm等元素,且枸杞果实中稀土元素总含量均未超标(GB 2762-2005)。青海产区Ce、Dy、Er、Yb、Pr和甘肃产区Gd以及河北和内蒙古产区的Sc在果实中含量较高。果实稀土元素含量呈青海>甘肃>河北>内蒙古>新疆>宁夏的变化趋势。果实中稀土元素间有很好的协同作用,枸杞果实对Ce和Sc具有很好的富集作用。各产区土壤和枸杞果实中轻稀土元素(Ce、Eu、Pr和Sm)总含量高于重稀土元素(Dy、Er、Gd、Ho、Lu、Sc、Tb、Tm和Yb)总含量。【结论】宁夏枸杞各主产区土壤和果实中稀土元素含量之间具有较好协同作用,果实中稀土元素含量均未超标。[Objective]The relationship of contents of rare earth elements (REEs) in Lycium baramm L.and corresponding soils from six major producing areas (Ningxia,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Hebei,Gansu,Qinghai) were investigated to provide references for sustainable industrial development of Lycium bararum L..[Method]Inductively coupled plasma massspectrometry (ICP-MS) was utilized to determine the contents of 13 REEs (Ce,Dy,Er,Eu,Gd,Ho,Lu,Pr,Sc,Sm,Tb,Tm,Yb) in Lycium bararum L.and corresponding soils from six major producing areas.[Result] REEs content of soils from six major Lycium bararum L.producing areas generally conformed with the background values of REEs in China.Soil in Ningxia area had a relatively high content of REEs such as Ce,Eu,Gd,Ho,Pr,Sm and Tb while in Xinjiang area these REEs were Lu,Er,Dy,Sc,Tm and Yb.REEs content of soils from different areas could be ranged in descending order of Ningxia,Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Gansu and Qinghai.REEs such as Eu,Ho,Sm and Tm were non-existent in Lycium baramm L.and the total REEs content was within the permissible limit (GB 2762-2005).Lycium bararum L.from Qinghai area had a relatively high content of REEs such as Ce,Dy,Er,Yb and Pr,from Gansu area it was Gd,and from Hebei and Inner Mongolia area it was Sc.REEs content of Lycium Baramm L.from different areas could be ranged in descending order of Qinghai,Gansu,Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang and Ningxia.REEs in Lycium baramm L.demonstrated an obvious synergistic effect,among which Ce and Sc had a very good effect on fructification enrichment.The total content of light rare earth elements(LREEs,including Ce,Eu,Pr and Sm) from each area,whether in soil or in fructification,was higher than that of heavy rare earth elements (HREEs,including Dy,Er,Gd,Ho,Lu,Sc,Tb,Tm and Yb).[Conclusion]REEs contents in Lycium Baramm L.and corresponding soils from major producing areas demonstrate an obvious synergistic effect.The total REEs content in Lycium baramm L.is within permissible limit.
