摘  要:【目的】优化超临界流体CO2萃取侧柏桧木精油的工艺条件,为其开发利用提供参考依据。【方法】以侧柏为原料,采用单因素试验和正交试验考察动态萃取时间、萃取流量、萃取温度和静态萃取时间对桧木精油萃取效果的影响。【结果】影响侧柏桧木精油萃取效果的因素排序为:萃取温度>动态萃取时间>萃取流量>静态萃取时间;超临界流体CO2萃取侧柏桧木精油的最佳工艺条件为:在萃取压力15MPa、萃取流量500L/h、萃取温度45℃条件下动态萃取4.0h,无需进行静态萃取,侧柏桧木精油萃取率为4.59%。【结论】超临界流体CO2萃取法是提取侧柏桧木精油的有效方法。[Objective]The extraction technology of essential oil from Platycladus orientalis was optimized to provide references for its development and exploitation.[Method]The influence of dynamic extraction time,extraction flow,extraction temperature and static extraction time on essential oil extraction from Platycladus orientalis was evaluated using single factor test and orthogonal test.[Result]The sequence of influencing factors was extraction temperature >dynamic extraction time > extraction flow > static extraction time.The optimal technology conditions were extraction pressure of 15 MPa,extraction flow rate of 500 L/h,extraction time of 4.0 h,temperature of 45 ℃ and the static extraction time of 0 h.Under these conditions,the average yield was 4.59%.[Conclusion]Extracting essential oil from Platycladus orientalis by supercritical fluid extraction is effective.
