摘 要:针对某型号直流断路器入口铜排的大电流测试需求,构建了矩形阵列霍尔电流传感器(RA-HCT)的基本模型;从机理角度剖析外部磁场对传感器测量准确度的影响,并构建外部平行导线对霍尔电流传感器的影响模型,得出测量误差计算方法,设计实现额定电流10 kA的12点阵RA-HCT。通过设计对比试验,得出x轴方向理论误差与实际误差最大为10%左右,y轴方向理论误差与实际误差最大为2%左右,小于设计误差3%,满足装备的测试需求,并验证了算法的正确性,为提高传感器的测量准确度提供了理论依据。Aiming to meet the high current test requirements of a certain type of DC circuit breaker entrance copper, the basic model of RA-HCT was built. Meanwhile, from the perspective of mechanism, the influence of external magnetic field on the measurement accuracy of the sensor was analyzed. Then, the influence model of external parallel wires on the RA-HCT was built, the measurement error calculation method was achieved. In addition, 12 dot matrix RA-HCT was designed and implemented. Furthermore, compared to standard experiment, the maximum difference of theoretical error and actual error of x-axis was about 10%, and the maximum difference of y-axis was about 2%, which meet the requirements of equipment, verified the correctness of the algorithm and provided a theoretical basis of improving the measurement accuracy of the sensor.
