摘  要:目的:观察将微孔多聚糖止血球喷洒于新西兰兔软组织创面后组织吸收和创面修复的情况。方法:将新西兰兔麻醉后于一侧后腿肌肉丰富区域剃毛建模,形成一条长约4 cm、深约1 cm的软组织创面,将1~2 g微孔多聚糖止血球均匀喷洒于创面,记录止血时间。分别在24、48、72 h和7 d,剪开手术部位的皮肤,观察组织吸收和创面修复情况。结果:软组织创面止血时间为(13.67±1.78)s,止血显效率为91.67%,有效率为100%。24、48、72 h止血球由粉状逐渐变为糊状凝胶黏附于创面,止血球与肌肉的接触创面表面发红,有少量炎性细胞渗出,7 d时完全吸收,肌细胞未见明显变化,创面未见水肿、渗出及溃烂,与正常对照组无明显差异。结论:微孔多聚糖止血球应用于软组织出血创面,止血效果好、吸收完全,是一种理想的止血材料。Objective To observe the New Zealand rabbits wounded soft tissue absorption and wound repair through spraying microporous polysaccharide hemispheres on the wound. Methods The hair was shaven the hair at the areas with abundant muscles of unilateral hindlegs of the New Zealand rabbits, and soft tissue wounds were formed with the size of 4 cm long and 1 cm depth, and then 1 to 2 g microporous polysaccharide hemispheres were sprayed on the wound and the hemostatic time was recorded. The skin at the operating site was cut 24, 48, 72 h and 7 d after the operation to observe the tissue absorption and wound restoration. Results The hemostatic time was (13.67±1.78) s, and the obvious effective rate for hemostasis was 91.6%, and the effectiveness rate was 100%. The trait of the microporous polysaccharide hemispheres turned from powder to paste gel adhesive to the wound 24, 48, 72 h after the operation, with the interface between the hemispheres and muscle turning red and a few inflammatory cells infiltration, which were absorbed 7 d after the operation, with no significant muscle cell changes, and no edema, infiltration and ulceration of the wounds. There was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion The microporous polysaccharide hemisphere behaves well in hemostasis and tissue absorption, and thus is a kind of ideal hemostasis material .
