摘  要:目的:研制一款高效率、宽条件的洗板机,解决当前洗板机常见的效率低、注液压力不均匀、存在交叉污染、系统稳定性不高等问题。方法:新型洗板机改用96针的分配头,替换原有的12针或8针分配头,并且支持双板清洗方式,缩短洗板时间,提高效率;采用压力平衡系统,调节吸液瓶与管路压力,使注液均匀,减少溢液、溅液现象,防止瓶内压力增大冲破液路连接处;采用防溢液装置实现电液分离。结果:实践表明,该洗板机效率分别为12针、8针洗板机的8倍、12倍;在临床测试与压力测试中,能有效抑制交叉污染,及时吸走残液,防止电气部分进水短路。结论:该洗板机可有效改善当前洗板机存在的常见问题,提高孔板清洗速度和质量。Objective To develop a kind of 96-well microplate washer with high efficiency and low cost in order to solve the problems of low efficiency, uneven injection pressure, cross contamination and low stability of the existing washer. Methods By using 96-pin distributors instead of 12-pin or 8-pin distributors , this equipment could shorten the washing time, enhance the efficiency and perform double-plate washing. The pressure balance system could adjust the pressure between the bottles and the liquid system, so the liquid overflowing or the liquid splashing could be reduced significantly. The anti overflow liquid device was used to realize the electric-liquid isolation. Results The efficiency of 96-well microplate washer was 8 times higher than the 12-pin ones, and 12 times higher than the 8-pin ones. In clinical testing, the cross pollution was restrained. Residual liquid can be sucked out immediately to prevent a short circuit. Conclusion This equipment using the new design is effective, and can be widely used in food safety, animal disease and other ELSA experimental field.
