摘　　要：分析了医院信息系统硬件切换的原因,介绍了硬件切换前的软硬件准备以及数据测试工作,阐述了平台切换的具体过程。从硬件切换周期、电源负载、原厂资源、系统应急预案等方面总结了硬件切换的注意事项,指出只有不断完善医院信息系统的应用流程,才能满足科室的应用需求。Reasons for hardware switching of hospital information system are analyzed first. Then preparations for hard- ware switching and data test are introduced. Also, the process of platform switching is expounded. Finally, precautions of hardware switching are summarized from the respects of hardware switching cycle, power load, original plant resources and system emergency plan. Only by continually improving the application process of hosipital information system, can the application requirements of departments be satisfied.
