摘　　要：为了保护原创作者的著作权,促进学术期刊的健康发展,对科技期刊论文署名不端现象及其法律意义进行分析,并提出风险防范的措施。认为国家应当尽快建立署名不端的判定及惩罚机制,从法律的层面规范期刊作者署名。To protect the copyright of the authentic authors, and promote the healthy development of the academic periodicals, this paper analyzes the authorship misconduct and its legal significance. The authors suggest that the authorship misconduct judgment and penalty mechanism should be established as soon as possible, and the authorship in periodicals should be standardized from the legal perspective.
