医学期刊中一些术语的使用值得商榷

摘　　要：医学期刊中有些词语的使用值得商榷,如＂恶性梗阻性黄疸＂＂精准肝解剖＂＂临近器官组织＂＂腹腔室间隔综合征＂＂病死率高达50%~60%＂等等。其正确、规范使用有的是有据可查的,许多已由全国科学技术名词审定委员会审定公布,有的在一些新的全国高等学校教材上可以找到;但有的急需出台国家标准,统一行业规范。编辑应提升自己的素养,做到用词准确、规范,以促进我国科技术语的规范和统一。In many medical journals, some terminologies should be used judiciously, for example, ＂ malignant obstructive jaundice＂ , ＂ precise hepatic anatomy＂, ＂ adjacent organs ＆ tissues＂, ＂ abdominal compartment syndrome＂ , and ＂mortality rate as high as 50%-60% ＂ Cited from many trustworthy sources, their correct and standard uses have been verified and publicized by China National Committee for Terms in Sciences and Technologies. Although some of them can be found in a few new textbooks for domestic colleges, for other terminologies, it is imperative for relevant authorities to draft national standards. For enhancing the overall level of applying scientific and technological terminologies in China, editors should improve their quality and make constant efforts to promote the course of standardizing and unifying the exact uses of technical terminologies so as to boost academic prosperity.
