真空灌浆法水泥浆流动机理的试验研究及分析

摘　　要：真空预压法和灌浆法是现代加固地基的主要方法.真空灌浆法是将两种方法相结合,提高淤泥质软粘土承载力的一种方法.室内模型试验表明灌入的水泥浆大部分集中于土体的中上部,通过分析浆液在土体中的流动状态认为在真空条件下,浆液在粘土地层中呈渗流状态,而灌入的浆液开始呈球状分布,由于真空负压的作用,逐步呈椭球状分布,且向真空压力大的上表面迁移.借鉴注浆扩散半径计算公式给出了椭球半径的计算方法.Vacuum grouting method is a combination of two methods（vacuum preloading and grouting）to improve the bearing capacity of muddy soft clay.From laboratory model test,it is shown that most of the grouted cement concentrates in the upper part of the soil.Through the analysis of the flow condition of the cement in the soil,we can assume that the cement is in the condition of seepage under the vacuum and the grouted cement is originally in spherical distribution.Due to the negative vacuum pressure,the spherical distribution gradually turns into ellipsoidal distribution and cement moves to the surface with stronger vacuum pressure.According to the grouting expansion radius formula,the ellipse radius method is presented.
