浅谈如何解决蒸压加气混凝土板钢筋网笼偏差

摘　　要：蒸压加气混凝土（AAC）板材是以硅砂、水泥、石灰作为主要原材料，采用防锈液处理的钢筋网笼配筋，经高温高压蒸汽养护而成的高性能多孔硅酸盐制品。其中，钢筋网笼是影响板材质量的一大因素，钢筋网笼偏差不仅会增加板材切割工序切割断钢丝的几率，而且对板材承受荷载能力有很大影响，本文就如何解决钢筋网笼偏差进行了讨论分析。Autoclaved aerated concrete （AAC） is a type of high performance porous silicate products making Dy silica sand, cement and lime as the main raw materials, with anti rust liquid processing steel mesh reinforced cage by high temperature high pressure steam curing into. The reinforcement cage is a major factor affecting quality of lum- ber, steel cage deviation will not only increase the probability of sheet cutting process of cutting wire, but also has a great influence on the plate bearing load capacity. This article mainly analysis on how to solve the deviation of reinforced cage.
