摘　　要：3G网络的迅速发展,以及正在走向成熟的4G通信技术,使智能手机成为了非常重要的上网手段。读者使用智能手机浏览图书馆页面预约书籍,在图书馆以外区域实现全程自助式书籍借还服务,成为公共图书馆发展的趋势与重点。通过对韩国相关公共图书馆无人借还机服务的调查,发现当下该项服务在推行过程中存在的问题,并提出改进的建议。As the development of 3G Networks worldwide, mobile phone plays an important role in the means of communications. Library users us the Internet and Smart Phones to browse and make reservations, then borrow and return library materials at unmanned circulation system, which located in subway stations or other places. In this study, with the purpose to introduce the conception of the unmanned circulation system, investigates current situation in Korea and pinpoints the problems and then puts forward some suggestions for further improvement.
