摘　　要：八年制医学教育是我国为培养高层次医学人才而创建的一种新的教育模式。针对八年制医学生的特点,在八年制医学生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习带教过程中,采用CBL结合PBL教学法,调动学生学习积极性,注重其临床思维和科研能力的培养,取得良好的效果。Eight-year medical education is a new mode of education created for training high-level medical talents in China.Considering the characteristics of eight-year medical students,we applied case-based learning（CBL） combined with Problem-Based Learning（PBL） teaching method to their clinical clerkship in otolaryngology head and neck surgery,mobilizing their enthusiasm and cultivating their clinical thinking and scientific research ability,and have achieved good results.
