中药商陆利尿作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究商陆利尿作用的有效部位。方法采用代谢笼法,观察商陆不同部位对生理盐水负荷大鼠在0-2 h,2-7 h及0-7 h尿量的影响,比较商陆不同部位对大鼠的利尿作用。结果商陆正丁醇部位(S-1-2)及粗皂苷和粗生物碱的混合物(S-3-3)在0-7 h与氢氯噻嗪的利尿作用相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),但在0-2 h的利尿作用不如氢氯噻嗪,而2-7 h部位却比氢氯噻嗪作用强。其他部位的利尿作用较弱或无利尿作用。结论初步推断商陆正丁醇部位及粗皂苷和粗生物碱的混合部位是商陆利尿的活性部位,且与氢氯噻嗪相比作用缓和持久。Objective To investigate the main diuretic effective parts of Phytolacca Americina L.Methods The different fractions of Phytolacca Americina L.were orally administered to saline-loaded rats,and the urinary volume was determined during 0-2 h,2-7 h and 0-7 h.Results The diuretic effect of n-butanol fraction （S-1-2） and the mixture of crude alkaloids and crude saponins （S-3-3） was of no significant difference compared with hydrochlorothiazide in 0-7 h,however,the diuretic effect was less than hydrochlo-rothiazide in 0-2 h and better in 2-7 h.The other fractions did not increase the urine volume in rat.Conclusion It is preliminarily believed that n-butanol fraction and the mixture of crude alkaloids and crude saponins are the diuretic active parts of Phytolacca Americina L.,and the diuretic effect is more persistent than hydrochlorothiazide.
