摘  要:目的建立HPLC测定满山红滴丸中金丝桃苷含量的方法。方法 HPLC测定满山红滴丸中金丝桃苷含量。选择乙腈-磷酸-水系统,采用梯度洗脱的办法;检测波长为355 nm;色谱柱:Diamonsil(钻石)C18(150 mm×46 mm,5μm);柱温为25℃;流速为1.0 ml/min。结果制剂中其他成分不干扰测定,杂质峰和主峰达到有效分离。金丝桃苷在9.60-192μg/ml范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,Y=2 266 319.24X-19 602.96(r=0.999 9),各项指标达到方法学要求。结论HPLC适用于测定满山红滴丸中金丝桃苷的含量,结果准确。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of hyperin in folium rhododendri daurici dropping pills.Methods The analysis was conducted with a Dimonsil C18 column at 25 ℃ with acetonitrile-phosphoric acid-water solution as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 355 nm,and the flow rate was 1 ml/min.Results Hyperin was thoroughly separated with its related substances.The calibrated linear curve of hyperin was in the range of 9.60-192 μg,/ml,Y =2 266 319.24X-19 602.96 (r =0.9999).Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable for determining the hyperin content in folium rhododendri daurici dropping pills.
