摘　　要：时代发展要求＂学者型＂科技期刊编辑掌握一定的科学技术专业知识,这使得原本从事科研技术工作的人员转为学术期刊编辑成为必要。科研技术人员同时也要通过持续的学习,在对本门学科有较深造诣的基础上掌握编辑出版专业知识,提高沟通、管理能力,快速实现向学术期刊编辑的角色转换。The development of the times requires that the＂scholar＂editors master certain professional knowledge on science and technology,which makes it necessary for the researchers who are originally engaged in scientific research to converse their roles to be editors of academic journals.Through continuous learning and having certain attainments on the relevant subjects,the scientific researchers can master professional knowledge on editing and publishing,and improve communication and management skills as well.Therefore,they can quickly accomplish the role conversion of academic journals editors.
