摘　　要：抗凝血药物是目前预防和治疗心血管疾病的一种主要手段,而凝血因子Xa抑制剂被认为是目前为止最为理想的一种抗凝血药物,具有口服吸收好、耐受性佳、药物代谢动力学和药效学特性可以预测等优点,有极大的希望可以替代华法林和维生素K拮抗剂。本研究对该类化合物进行了合成和活性研究。Anticoagulant drugs are the main rnethod to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases, while coagulation factor Xa inhibitor is considered to be one of the most desirable anticoagulant drugs, which has advantages such as oral absorbable, good tolerance, predictable pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic and thus make it to replace of warfarin and Vitamin K antagonists. Synthesis and activity research of these compounds were performed.
