摘　　要：脱硫塔塔型很多,主要有填料塔、喷射塔、泡罩塔、旋流板塔和空塔喷淋等,应根据生产实际情况选择与工况相适应的塔型。要结合工艺流程实际情况,根据生产运行的适用性、功效性、经济性和操作管理的科学性选择塔型。从脱硫溶液控制与调整、溶液循环量的调控、操作温度的控制、再生氧化槽操作管理和回收熔硫,优化再生等5各方面介绍了生产操作管理经验。Desulphurization tower type many, mainly packed tower, spray tower, bubble cap tower, a cyclone plate tower and empty tower spray tower, should according to the actual situation of production and operation to adapt. Combined with the actual situation, technological process, on the basis of scientific selection of tower operation applicability, effectiveness, economy and operation management. From the solution of control and adjustment, the solution circulation regulation, operating temperature control, regenerative oxidation tank operation management and recovery of sulfur melting, optimization of regeneration etc. 5 aspects introduced the production operation management experience.
