手术室细节护理对老年患者腹腔镜手术的应用效果

摘　　要：目的总结分析手术室细节护理对老年患者腹腔镜手术的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将118例腹腔镜手术患者分为2组。试验组(61例)老年腹腔镜手术患者,在实行常规手术护理时加强细节护理;对照组(57例)老年腹腔镜手术患者实行常规手术护理。采用焦虑、抑郁、满意度自评量表评价2组患者的焦虑、抑郁状态、患者对护理工作的满意度。结果 118例手术均进行顺利;试验组的焦虑、抑郁情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其对护士护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对在手术室行腹腔镜手术的老年患者,加强细节护理,有助于改善患者的焦虑、抑郁状态,提高护理质量。Objective To summarize and analyze the application of operating room detail nursing in laparoscopic surgery in elderly patients.Methods A total of 118elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were given conventional nursing alone（control group,n=57）or in combination with detail nursing（experimental group,n=61）.Anxiety and Depression scale was used to evaluate the anxiety and depression status,and Satisfaction Self-Rating Scale was used to evaluate the satisfaction with nursing care.Results The operation was successfully performed in all patients.Compared with control group,detail nursing significantly improved the anxiety and depression status and obviously increased patient satisfaction with nursing care（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The operating room detail nursing can improve the anxiety and depression status and enhance the quality of nursing in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
