护理干预在减轻上肢骨折术后疼痛中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在减轻上肢骨折术后疼痛中的应用效果。方法将70例上肢骨折患者按随机数字表法分为2组：对照组35例给予常规护理,观察组35例在常规护理基础上从个体化镇痛、心理护理、呼吸训练、中医疗法、健康教育、体位护理及功能锻炼等方面对患者实施个体化护理干预。比较2组术后4-72hVAS评分及睡眠时间,术后24、48h镇痛药物的使用率,并对2组护理工作满意度进行评价。结果与对照组比较,观察组术后4-72hVAS评分均明显降低（P〈0.05）,术后4-72h睡眠时间均明显延长（P〈0.05）,术后24、48h镇痛药物使用率均明显减少（P〈0.05）,护理工作满意度明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论实施护理干预,能有效地减轻上肢骨折患者术后疼痛,促进患者术后恢复,改善患者术后睡眠状况,同时对提高护理工作满意度也有一定的积极意义。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing intervention for reducing postoperative pain in patients with upper limb fractures.Methods Seventy patients with upper limb fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35patients in each group.All patients received routine care.In addition,patients in observation group were given individualized nursing intervention,including individualized analgesia,psychological nursing,breathing training,traditional Chinese medicine therapy,health education,postural care and functional training.The VAS pain score and sleep time were compared between the two groups 4-72hours after operation.The usage rate of analgesic drugs was compared between the two groups 24and48hours after operation.Moreover,patient satisfaction with nursing care was evaluated in both groups.Results Compared with control group,individualized nursing intervention decreased VAS score 4-72hours after operation,prolonged sleep time 4-72hours after operation,reduced usage rate of analgesic drugs 24and 48hours after operation,and improved patient satisfaction with nursing care（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce postoperative pain,promote postoperative recovery,improve postoperative sleep and increase nursing satisfaction in patients with upper limb fractures.
