摘　　要：本研究通过综合运用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法等多种研究方法,以回顾辽宁女子排球运动发展的历史作为出发点,调查了当前辽宁女排所取得成绩,通过对比探寻今日辽宁女子排球成绩下滑的原因。并根据笔者所做的调查结论从后备力量培养、联赛营销方案、人才交流方式等方面探讨辽宁女排重新崛起的应对策略。Literature review, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics and logical reasoning were employed. The development of Liaoning women＇s volleyball history as a starting point was reviewed and Liaoning women＇s volleyball grades of slipped reason in today was explored. And according to the results of the survey, the resurgent countermeasures of women＇s volleyball was consulted by the reserve talents, League marketing and the interchange of talents.
