摘　　要：针对智慧城市发展现状和智慧国土建设需求,文章对智慧国土建设思路和建设内容进行了探讨:在国土资源信息工程建设的基础上,结合当前政策环境、技术进步等因素,从服务平台、主题应用两个方面介绍了智慧国土建设的主要内容;从国土资源综合监管、土地与社会经济信息融合角度对未来一个时期智慧国土发展愿景及应用进行了预测和规划,并构建了智慧国土建设的基本框架;提出了智慧国土建设的思路和方向,有益于国土资源管理决策与综合监管技术支撑体系构建。The idea and content of Smart Land and the demand for its construction were discussed a- gainst the current development of Smart City. Considering factors such as current policy and progress of technology, the main contents of construction of Smart Land were proposed from the viewpoint of system platform and typical application based on land resources informatization; the future development of Smart Land was forecasted and planned from the angle of comprehensive supervision of land resources and inte- gration of land and socio-economic information, and the basic framework of Smart Land was built. Moreover, an approach for the construction and application of Smart Land was put forward, which would contribute to the decision support and the comprehensive supervision of land and resources management.
