摘　　要：内外业一体化、数据处理自动化、测量成果数字化已经成为信息化测绘重要特征。文章按照国家水准测量规范要求,设计基于Android智能终端的水准测量程序,具有仪器检验、数据记录、限差检测、平差配赋和报表生成等功能。程序可实现现场数据输入方便快捷、数据检验自动进行、数据存储记录安全、自动生成成果报表,现场可查看测量成果等特点。实践证明,利用该程序可显著提高三、四等水准测量的速度,便于实现测量成果数字化管理,具有一定的实际意义。Integration of indoor and field work, automation of data processing and digitization of meas- ure results have become the principal characteristics of geo-informatization. According to relevant requirements of national leveling specifications, a leveling program based on Android intelligent terminal was designed in the paper, provided with such functions as instrument inspection, data recording, tolerance detection, adjustment and generation of statement. This program is characterized with convenient and swift site data input, automatic data verification, safe data storage and record, automatic generation of re- ports, and examination of leveling results on site. The practice showed that the speed of the third and the fourth order leveling could be remarkably improved with this program, convenient for the realization of digital management of leveling results.
