摘 要:通过分析胡尖山油田胡154区块采出水化学成分与腐蚀、结垢、细菌繁殖、破乳与凝聚的关系,掌握了采出水性质与水质指标的内在联系,结合水处理单剂作用机理,选择针对性单剂,并对同类型单剂进行了优选。在药剂协同效应分析的基础上,设计投加离子调节剂、预处理剂、助沉剂、助凝剂和水质稳定剂等5种药剂,优化了各单剂投加顺序、浓度;现场采出水处理水质达标,通过核算现场采出水处理成本,总处理成本为5.715元/立方米,其中药剂费用为4.715元/立方米,形成该区有效的采出水处理技术配套。Through the analysis of Hu 154 block of Hujianshan oilfield produced water chemical composition and corrosion,scaling, bacterial reproduction,demulsification and cohesive relations,grasp the internal relations of produced water of water property and water quality indicators, combined water treatment single agent mechanism,selection for single agent,and the same type of single agent the preferred.In medicine based on the analysis of the effect of collaborative design,adding ion regulator, pretreatment agent, settling agent, coagulant aid and water quality stabilizer and other 5 kinds of agent, optimization of each single agent adding sequence,concentration field produced water treatment,water quality standards,through the accounting field produced water treatment costs, the total processing cost is5.715 element/m3,the treatment cost is 4.715 Yuan/m3, the effective produced water treatment technology.
