聚焦解决模式对中重度子宫内膜异位症患者自我效能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨以聚焦解决模式为基础的心理干预方法对139例中重度子宫内膜异位症患者自我效能的影响。方法聚焦解决模式的干预策略为描述问题、建构目标、探查例外、给予反馈和评估进步。采用健康行为自我效能量表测评患者干预前后的自我效能。结果患者出院6个月的自我效能评分较干预前均有提高,干预治疗自我管理与患者自我效能成显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论聚焦解决模式干预可提高中重度子宫内膜异位症患者的自我效能。Objective To study the effect of the psychological intervention method based on solution focused approach on self--efficacy for 139 patients with moderate or severe endometriosis. Method Strategies of solution focused approach are describing the problem, setting the goal, exploring exceptions, giving feedback and evaluating the improvement. Assess pa- tients＇ self--efficacy by health behavior self--efficacy scale before and after intervention. Result Score on self--efficacy are obviously improved at 6 months after discharge compared to the score before intervention. Intervention self management has positive correlation with patients＇ self--efficacy （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Solution focused approach can improve self--effi- cacy for patients with moderate or severe endometriosis.
