摘  要:鉴于高考体育生训练时间短、任务重、学习压力大等客观因素,文章以江苏省体育高考身体素质必考科目100 m跑、立定三级跳远、800 m跑和原地双手头后向前掷实心球的赛前训练为研究对象,运用文献资料、问卷调查、逻辑分析等方法,从身体素质必考科目的本质特征、赛前训练时间跨度、内容负荷安排、训练的组织形式与方法手段以及心理训练与文化学习等方面进行了分析探讨,提出小周期训练的具体实践,旨在对高考体育生训练及学校体育发展有所帮助。At present, the sports college students entrance examination has some characteristics: short physical training time, heavy task, heavy pressure of study and other objective factors. This paper studies 100-meter race, triple jump and solid sphere throwing in the college entrance examination of Jiangsu province, by means of literature collecting, questionnaires and logic analysis, discusses the nature, span of training, training contents, form and means of organization, mental training as well as knowledge learning, and then puts forward small periodic training in order to enhance the physical training and development of sports students.
