化瘀祛痰方对不稳定型心绞痛患者超敏C-反应蛋白及E-选择素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀祛痰方治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效以及对患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白及E-选择素的影响。方法:将64例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成两组,对照组30例予常规治疗,治疗组34例在常规治疗基础上予化瘀祛痰方。连续治疗4周后观察两组患者的临床疗效以及超敏C-反应蛋白及E-选择素的变化。结果:治疗组的心绞痛、心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清超敏C-反应蛋白及E-选择素明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,治疗组超敏C-反应蛋白及E-选择素均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:化瘀祛痰方治疗不稳定型心绞痛有良好的临床疗效,可降低血清hs-CRP及E-选择素水平,抑制动脉炎症反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Hua-yu Qu-tan Decoction on unstable angina pectoris and the influence on serum hs-CRP as well as E-selectin. Methods： The 64 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups; the 30 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment, and 34 cases in the treatment group were treated by Hua-yu Qu-tan Decoction based on conventional treatment. The clinical effect and the changes of hs-CRP and E- selectin were observed in the two groups, in 4 weeks. Results： The therapeutic effect of angina pectoris and ECG in the treat- ment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, serum hs-CRP and E-selectin in the treatment group significantly decreased and there was significant difference（P〈0.01）; hs-CRP and E-selectin in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, with significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Hua-yu Qu-tan Decoction can provide good clinical effect on unstable angina pectoris, reduce the serum hs-CRP and E-selectin levels and inhibit artery inflammatory reaction.
