中药蒸气浴结合功能训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药蒸气浴结合功能训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效。方法:选取痉挛型脑瘫患儿72例进行分析,按照治疗方法分成治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组采用中药蒸气浴结合功能训练治疗,对照组仅采用功能训练治疗,观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后肌张力评分、粗大运动功能评分和功能独立性评分。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.2%,对照组为75.0%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后肌张力评分均有明显下降(P<0.05),粗大运动功能评分和功能独立性评分均有明显提高(P<0.05),且治疗组改善水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药蒸气浴结合功能训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫,能够有效降低患儿的肌张力,提高运动功能和认知功能。Objective： To study the effect of TCM vapor bath combined with functional training on children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods： The 72 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were selected, and the patients were divided into treatment and control groups according to the methods of treatment, 36 cases in each. Patients were treated by TCM vapor bath combined with functional training treatment in treatment group, and only functional training treatment in control group. The clini- cal efficacy, muscle tension score, gross motor function score and the functional independence score were observed. Results： The total efficiency rate was 97.2% in treatment group and 75.0% in control group, and the treatment group showed higher efficacy than the control group （P〈0.05）; The muscle tension score after treatment were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, gross motor fimetion score and functional independence score were significantly improved （P〈0.05）, both in two groups, and the improved levels of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM vapor bath combined with functional training in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy can effectively reduce muscle tension in children and improve motor function and cognitive function.
