摘　　要：腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(LIHR)在20多年发展中,技术逐渐成熟,术式逐步规范,材料学、经济学、麻醉学等相关问题也有很大的进展,疗效越来越好。近年来,许多国家都制定了有关LIHR的指南,相信规范化的手术一定会使LIHR取得更好的疗效,得到更广泛的普及和推广。Great progress has been made in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair （ LIHR） in the past 20 years, characterized by matured surgical skills and standardized procedures .The progress is shown in materialogy , economics and anesthesiology , which lead to better outcomes in LIHR .In recent years , many countries have issued guidelines for LIHR , by which a better prognosis could be obtained and the standardized procedures would be widely used .
