摘　　要：先天性性别异常（DSD）是一类复杂疾病，涉及多个传统的专业学科。多学科专家组（MDT）诊治模式是近年来发展起来的对复杂疾病的诊疗具有特别优势的诊疗模式。现基于对国内外DSD和MDT的研究进展分析，以及应用MDT尝试诊疗DSD的最新进展，从理论上探讨如何在我国建立一套DSD-MDT诊疗模式的具体方法。Disorders of sex development （DSD） is a complex disease that involves multiple traditional profes- sional disciplines. Multidisciplinary team（MDT） mode is a particularly advantageous treatment mode that has been de- veloped in recent years for the diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases. This article is based on the analysis of re- search progress at home and abroad about DSD and MDT, and the latest advances application of MDT treatment try for DSD, probe into how to establish a DSD-MDT treatment mode in theory preliminarily.
