摘  要:目的:通过实验研究证明社区心理辅导在改善社区居民情绪方面具有重要作用。对象:广州市某社区居民18名。方法:采用实验组、控制组前后测设计,对实验组进行为期七周的团体心理辅导。运用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表,以及16PF中的C(稳定性)、I(敏感性)、O(忧虑性)、Q4(紧张性)四个人格维度作为情绪指标。结果:1实验组前后测各量表得分均达到统计显著水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),2团体辅导后实验组与控制组在各量表上的得分,均达到统计显著水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。316PF-C存在显著的组别主效应(F(1,17)=4.444,P<0.01)和显著的组别与辅导的交互作用(F(2,16)=3.085,P<0.05),416PF-O存在显著的组别主效应(F(1,17)=5.028,P<0.01)、组别与辅导的交互效应(F(2,16)=4.876,P<0.01),和显著的辅导主效应(F(1,17)=4.067,P<0.05),516PF-Q4存在显著的组别主效应(F(1,17)=3.806,P<0.05)和显著的组别与辅导的交互作用(F(2,16)=5.876,P<0.01),6焦虑因子存在显著的组别与辅导的交互效应(F(2,16)=3.863,P<0.05),7抑郁因子存在显著的组别主效应(F(1,17)=4.111,P<0.05)。结论:团体心理辅导对社区居民情绪调控具有积极效果。Objective To study the effect of the group psychological counseling on community residents' emotional regulation.Methods Eighteen community residents were divided into the before-after-design of experimental group and the control group,who were surveyed with SAS,SDS,16 PF.Results 1Significant differences between two groups appeared in scores of SAS,SDS,16PF-C,16PF-I,16PF-O,16PF-Q4( P〈0.05,or P〈0.01); 2Significant differences between before and after group psychological counseling appeared in scores of SAS,SDS,16PF-C,16PF-I,16PF-O,16PF-Q4( P〈0.05,or P〈0.01).3There were significant different main effects in scores of 16PF-C,16PF-O,16PF-Q4,SDS( P〈0.05,or P〈0.01).Significant differences in the interaction effects between the groups with the guidance of 16PF-C,16PF-O,16PF-Q4,SAS( P 0. 05,or P 0. 01). There were significant main effects in scores of 16PF-O( P〈0.05).Conclusion The group psychological counseling is effective on Improving community residents' emotional regulation.
