摘 要:针对在覆膜移栽作业中普遍存在的钵苗站直率不高或损伤地膜等问题,设计出一种零水平分速度钵苗栽植机构。该栽植机构通过在破膜打孔过程中不断调节扩张器的入地角度,实现了打孔时扩张器尖端的水平方向零速度,从而可以在地膜上打出适合钵苗栽植的直立孔,并避免扩张器带起或划坏地膜等问题的发生。通过对该机构的运动分析,建立了破膜打孔过程中扩张器尖端运动的数学模型,并利用MATLAB软件进行数值计算与模拟,验证了该设计方案的可行性。In response to the common problems existed in transplanting with film mulching, such as the low planting acceptance rate or damaging the mulch film, a seedling transplanting mechanism with zero horizontal sub-speed was designed. When applying ground film with holes, this transplanting mechanism can keep the tip of the punching-opener at zero speed by adjusting the angle of the punching-opener continuously. Thus it can dig vertical holes for seedling planting and keep the mulch film from being damaged. According to the movement analysis of the transplanting mechanism, a mathematic model for the tip of the punching-opener was established. The model was calculated simulated with MATLAB, the results have shown that the designed method in our research is feasible.
